I can’t thank you enough for the absolutely wonderful experience we had at your cafe for Doru’s 5th birthday! This was our first time celebrating his birthday away from home, and honestly, I was a little nervous about how the day would turn out. But thanks to you and your amazing team, it turned out to be nothing short of perfect!

Finding a truly pet-friendly café—where our furry ones are welcomed inside and not just in the garden or outdoor areas—was such a struggle. Our pets are family, and they deserve to be part of the celebration, not left out in the heat. Just when I was about to give up, my best friend sent me Bobo’s Instagram page, and the moment I saw it, I knew this was exactly where I wanted to celebrate. And let me tell you, the experience was even better than I imagined!

Right from our very first interaction, you were so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. You didn’t just say yes to the idea of celebrating his birthday at your café—you genuinely got excited about it and made sure every little thing was taken care of. Walking in and seeing the adorable mini décor, the beautifully arranged pupcakes and cupcakes, and the entire space decorated with balloons and hangings just for him—it was such a heartwarming moment.

And it wasn’t just the setup; it was the whole vibe that made the day so special. Your constant presence, your warm and happy energy, and the kindness of your entire staff made us feel like we were celebrating at home, surrounded by family. Every staff member was so humble, cheerful, and attentive—it was clear that they genuinely love what they do. Their hospitality, their smiles, and the way they made sure both the humans and our furry friends were comfortable and happy—it all meant so much to us.

On top of all that, the food was absolutely delicious (seriously, finger-licking good!), and we had such a great time hanging out with our new little pet friends, Sydney and Nairobi. It was one of those rare, pure joy kind of days that we’ll cherish forever.

So, from the bottom of our heart, thank you for making Doru’s birthday so incredibly special. You didn’t just give us a place to celebrate—you gave us memories that we’ll hold onto forever. This pet café is a must-visit for food and puppy lovers alike! The chicken alfredo pasta I tried was surprisingly good, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in.

The real stars, of course, are the adorable puppies! Many of them are rescued strays, and they bring so much joy to the café. They roam around playfully, eager for attention and cuddles, making it hard to resist their charm. Watching them interact and play adds a delightful energy to the atmosphere.

I've been here several times. Honestly the first time was very poor (food was really not good), but I shared my feedback with the manager and he invited me to come again. So I did, because their menu has different choices to other places. The next time I had a burger and it was actually delicious. The manager explained he had new staff and I could see they're really trying hard. I went again and had a different burger today and it was also really good. The service has improved a lot too. So after this I deleted my original review. I sincerely appreciate a business that wants to make things right.
