Hotel Laxmi Palace — Hotel in Maharashtra

Recently booked a room through the Agoda app, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. When I arrived at the location, I was horrified to discover that the property's address on Google Maps did not match the actual location. This caused significant confusion and delay in my plans. Upon finally reaching the property, I was extremely disappointed with the room. It was far from what I expected and definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was incredibly small and cramped, leaving barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was non-functional, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The furniture was in terrible condition, with a broken chair that was unsafe to sit on. The bathroom facilities were equally appalling, with a broken flush that made using the toilet a frustrating experience. Overall, my stay was a complete disaster. The misrepresentation of the property's location and the substandard condition of the room made for an extremely unpleasant experience. Laxmibhai Shinde was Baba's contemporary and used to serve food to Baba. Baba has blessed her with 9 coins. Today in that small structure shown my photo, there is the photo of Laxmibhai and the 9 coins. The enclosure opens at 8am in the morning and closes by 8pm. But a pundit will not be available. He would come in the morning and light a couple of oil lamps and then lock the outer grill door and go away. Those who know the significance of Laxmibhai and the coins can peep through the grill door and have darshan. Pictures were misleading. Hotel room was very nasty and unpleasant odour in room even though we booked AC room. Hotel had no utility service, there was no warm water for bathing we bathed in cold water. There were insects and mice in room. Linen and pillow cover were used and had not been changed, there was hairs all around in room. We paid extra ₹2000 for breakfast , which were denied at reception asking us to pay for breakfast. I was with family, checked in morning and vacated room in afternoon because of mental and physical trauma we faced, hotel staff was not cooperating and raised their voice as I brought all these to their notice.
