Neha is an exceptional host and human being.My friend was sick while we returned from long trip and it should not bother hosts but Neha took care of us like family everyday.

I fell in love with the decor and the fact that It's a pet friendly stay.We had fun times with Millie & Casper(doggos).Neha and Manav helped us with trip plan and local tips.I enjoyed tea convos with Uncle as well.All this topped with super delicious food made us extend our stay.

I will list out the pros as I could not find any cons.

Perfect location.Walking distance to Ridge,Jakhoo ropeway and lift Complete privacy as hosts live on different floor Superb service and home cooked delicious food Clean and beautiful rooms with super comfy bed Fast WiFi makes it perfect for workation as well And definitely the hosts Neha and Manav...they are amazing!!!

All in all we found our forever stay in Shimla...

Charlie Mount Lodge is one place in Shimla where everyone must experience the stay. The location is amazing, right at the corner of Ridge. Views are nice from the rooms. Rooms are very comfortable. Thanks to the passionate and well experienced hosts. During my stay, I asked who did such a wonderful interior and everything else. I got to know that Neha had good experience with luxury names like Taj, Oberoi, etc. She has shown her skills pretty well at Charlie. When we arrived, Rohit came to help us with the luggage and location as well. Manav came to greet us and ask if we are comfortable in the room. They are a family of sweetest people living under one roof. I also got to eat local Himachali dishes such as Madra and Bhangjiri Ki Roti. Overall, I loved everything about Charlie Mount Lodge and I am definitely visiting...

We were trying to figure out places to stay at in Shimla and came across Neha's listing on AirBnB. It was perfect - aesthetic, clean, spacious, close to the Mall Road and within our budget. Neha is a brilliant, caring hostess and has set up the place beautifully. To add to that, she is really good to converse with and has loads of local knowledge that comes in handy for tourists. Rohit, the caretaker at her place, helped us with the luggage and directions upon arrival as well as cooked scrumptious food which we could not get enough of. The place is also pet-friendly and Neha has two loving dogs who we met while staying over. Overall, her place started feeling like home (with loads of privacy!) the longer we stayed and we would certainly stay here again...
