Prestige Veg Treat — Restaurant in Mumbai

Veg delicacies at Prestige Veg Treat Hotel. Food quality and quantity are perfect. We were here for dinner on 19.06.2023 and had ordered there special veg panner lababdar red masala, masala papad, roti, steam rice, dal tadka. All the dishes looked yummy. Steam rice was nice long grain and had basmati fragrance, dal tadka was nice thick and tempered, roti were of atta and freshly prepared and served hot and the main veg panner sabji was tasty and the panner was well seasoned and cooked in vegies masala. So the food has 5 stars as of today. Location just Opposite Andheri East Railway Station towards Sahar Road with spending average of 300 to 400 per person. Washroom located outside the hotel premises and was clean but too stingy. Plates should be changed they have got old now and since they have got old are not cleaned properly had to tell captain to change for clean plates. Staff was well dressed and courteous. And so the service and atmosphere are 4 star each. Sorry forgot to click pictures in hurry to extinguish...

Had dinner today with a friend....food is three star quality but behaviour is one star

All the personal serving had only one job to go to each table and ask for order...in 10 min four people came asking......if you can't let people enjoy food why do you serve them....food is standard Quality and nothing extraordinary.

I was having my food and they started picking up plates and other items....place was not crowded they could have waited...

After all this they had the audacity to ask for tip..here is my Tip...

Behaviour with customers will bring in more of them....what you are serving is available at 50 locations in Andheri East alone....if the food is not the differentiator then the behaviour is critical

I am not going to visit this again...to all, visit only if you have no...

The staff or the person who takes order was very rude he was like jaldi jaldi order do ek sath kitchen band ho raha and we ordered kulcha and cheese butter masala the taste was third class the cheese in cheese butter masala was like soap cubes it was way too hard the kulcha were more thick than butter roti and the order was bring to our table in one short like stater main course and after that dal rice all the things were bringed togather and we complained to their manager about it he was ha theek hai not taking seriously I think they don't want their colustomer to come back too disappointing and the staff was like we wanted some butter milk he was like nhi milega if they don't want to sell why have they opened the restaurant not good at...
