Copper Chimney, Linking Road - Bandra (W) — Restaurant in Mumbai

1). Ordered a mocktail without ice but the waiter clearly didn’t follow the instructions and got it with ice. When told that we didn’t want ice, all they did was remove the ice and served the same drink which made the glass look half empty. 2). Mutton biryani had no plain rice and was full of just masala. 3). Dishes on the menu were not available when ordered. 4). We were told that a portion of biryani was good for 2-3 people which clearly wasn’t the case and only filled 2 stomachs hence had to order one more but had to wait till it came on the table. Servers need to know the portion size of the dishes served. 5). The portion size of the dessert was a joke and a big disappointment as the image on the menu was very different than what we got. 6). Last but not the least - No mouth freshener served with the bill which is very basic and was served when...

Visited this branch with my whole family yesterday after being a fan of the other locations. After arriving and getting seated, we were advised that alcohol was not able to be served as the location hasnt sorted out an alcohol license, much to my entire family's disappointment as we were hoping to celebrate an occasion.

At no point before the reservation were we told that this was not going to be available. Drinks menus were provided which clearly showed alcoholic drinks. What's the point? If we were told beforehand, we would have adjusted our plans accordingly and not had to waste our time. Ultimately we ended up leaving, and most likely will not visit this location again.

I visited the newly opened Copper Chimney yesterday, next to shoppers stop bandra west. The ambience is very pleasant it’s very cozy. The food is the best. The quality of food is amazing. The kulcha was mind blowing and it’s recommended. Copper Chimney has always been known for their food and they have kept their standards very high on quality food. Abdul who was Serving our table is a very sweet person and he suggested us some good options and our entire experience of visiting this newly opened restaurant was amazing.
