Sea Side Patio Beach Front Cafe — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hie everyone! I recently visited Sea Side Patio n wanted to share my experience with you all. Let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! 😍🌊

First of all, the location of Sea Side Patio is just breathtaking. It's right by the sea, offering stunning views of the ocean. The ambiance is so relaxing and soothing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time with friends or loved ones. 🌴🌊

Now, let's talk about the food. Sea Side Patio serves a wide variety of dishes, ranging from seafood to vegetarian options. I tried their seafood platter and it was a seafood lover's dream! The prawns were perfectly cooked, the fish was fresh and flavorful, n the calamari was crispy and delicious. Each bite was a burst of flavors that left me wanting more. 🦐🐟🍤

The service at Sea Side Patio was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure that we had a truly memorable experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued as customers. 👨‍🍳🤝

As good as the location this restaurant is situated on as rude are there senior staff is. Had a unpleasant experience while dinning and taking video of a beach which any normal customer would do if dining at sea side restaurant. Have given a written feedback also but the response from management is not at all receptive or good. They can be more receptive of customer feedback instead of saying they have rules for which when asked where it is written or documented reply was its not written anywhere but just there director has told.

If taking video of beach is not allowed they can just print a simple page in there restaurant giving that instruction instead of later threatening customer for a simple video. Management simply said they cannot print it. Even if rules are there which are documented (which is not in this case) my only problem is staff should not be rude and threatening customers and should be receptive of thoughts.

If this incident would not have happened I would have rate it around 3 stars based on service of staff and quality of food. Because food taste was ok ok and there were lot of mosquitoes around. But a place where senior management is rude and not polite to customer I belive doesn't deserve...

The view is good and the staff is good in talkin but not all of'em and their service is average at best.. Maybe it was my bad luck that day (31st July 2022) but m assumin they make the kebabs beforehand n keep them frozen cuz the murg cheesy kebabs we recieved were stale to the point that the chicken was left undercooked in many places due to excessive freezin and an instant freezer to grill transfer.. When we found pieces of raw chicken we let the waiter know so he took the plate back n said he's gettin a fresh plate again just to bring back the same kebabs probably just cooked again and dumped back in the same plate which looked very shabby. After that another waiter just picks up my Breezer without askin me and clears it from the table while a lil more than a sip was still left in it.. My girl started to tease me after that sayin finish ur drink fast before he picks it up again.. I'm snobby n really stingy with my food n wine so I didn't like that.. The food is tripple the rate you would pay for such food anywhere else in Bombay.. Too overpriced for what...
