If you’re a seafood enthusiast, Suyog Malvani Hotel is definitely a place you should visit. The food here is absolutely delicious, with authentic Malvani flavors that truly hit the spot.
Be prepared for a few practical inconveniences. The restaurant is quite small and does not offer any parking facilities. Seating capacity is limited, and the tables are compact — accommodating only about four people. If you’re visiting with a large group, you may need to split up to dine.
Now, coming to the food — it’s the highlight! I tried the Bombil Fry which was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. The Chicken Kebab was beautifully marinated, juicy, and flavorful, with generous portion sizes. The Kombdi Vade with Chicken Rassa was mind-blowing. The spice level was spot-on and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I also had the Prawn Thali, which came with prawn gravy, Pandhra Rassa, and your choice of chapati, bhakri, or roti — followed by steamed rice served on request.
And of course, I can’t forget the Solkadi ,my personal favorite! It had the perfect blend of spice and sourness, refreshing and great for digestion.
Overall Experience: Despite the small space and lack of parking, the food more than makes up for it. The flavors are authentic, the dishes are generous, and the quality is consistent. Highly recommended for seafood lovers looking for an affordable, tasty...

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is hands down the worst restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. The food was completely RAW—yes, you read that right. The chicken? Still clucking. The fish? Flopping on the plate. Even the vegetables were half-frozen. It was like they didn’t even try to cook anything!
And don’t even get me started on the staff. Instead of apologizing for serving us a health hazard, they acted like they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging our presence. Rude, arrogant, and utterly useless. I have never seen such a pathetic display of customer service in my life.
Save your money, save your stomach, and save yourself from this nightmare of a restaurant. Health inspectors,...
Read morePretty bad - stale fish was served.
Kind of ironic that for a seafood specialty restaurant, the only thing that was bad was the fish. We were served stale stinky fish, which when brought to the attention of the manager, our claims were dismissed stating that “other tables got the same fish and didn’t complain”. The Solkadhi was average, the waiter served chutney like I’d spit on his mum - just splashing it all across my plate and not leaving the chutney bowl at the table. The bhakri was truly amazing, so in case you’re someone who would love to eat only bhakri this place is...
