I always had a good expereinced in Sarovar Rastaurant but today I really had very bad experience

I have ordered 2 Pav Bhajis and more other items. BHAJI WAS STINKING AND WHEN TOOK THIS COMPLAINT TO RESTAURANT BUT THEY DIS NOT ACÇEPTED THEIR MISTAKE AND SPOKE TO ME VERY RUDLY.

I REQUEST @BMC, @MUMBAI BMC'S FOOD AUTHORITY PERSON TO KINDLY CHECK THEIR QUALITY OF RAW MATERIALS VERY STICKLY AS THIS CAN BE LEAD TO SPREADING DESEASE BY SERVING SPOILED FOOD TO THE INNOCENT PEOPLE.

UNFORTUNATELY, I DON'T HAVE A PROOF TO SHOW THEIR MISTAKE NOW BECAUSE I LEFT THE BHAJI AT THEIR RESTAURANT.

I KNOW THEY ARE INTO THE BUSINESS SINCE VERY LONG AND THEY MUST BE KNOWING THE OFFICIERS VERY CLOSELY WHO CAN HELP THEM TO GET OUT OF ANY DIFFICULT SITUATION, BUT I HUMBLY REQUEST THE CONCERED FOOD QUALITY OFFICERS TO CHECK THEIR CLEANLINESS, AND THEIR FOOD QUALITY.

New year next day of Diwali my brother was given order(Take away) and he was forgot to carry wallet so he was unable to pay amount so he was confirmed with cashier and amount was said Rs.715/- and I was supposed to pay the amount but I was feel some miscommunication happen so I was called to my brother for confirm payee as I was doing Google Pay. There was huge rush that time and my brother found bill amount is Rs.415/- so he was realised and said I will return difference amount. I was surprised I got return the amount of Rs.300/- but this is communication error happened. I was paid only Rs.415/- and return the amount to Sarovar Restaurant. Small little place on a very busy road. This is a Pure Veg Udupi restaurant which serves a wide variety of South Indian, Punjabi and Chinese foods. Taste is good and the premises is hygienic. Service is super quick since they are usually packed. But wait time is less since they club groups together to maximise the space available. But during peak time it may still take you 15-20mins wait time. But the delicious food at the end is worth it. And the bill is extremely pocket friendly too.
