OYO New Hotel Prince Palace Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport — Hotel in Mumbai

The maximum that I can give is One star as I am not permitted to go below it. I suggest you to not to even think of booking this place especially when you are along with your family. The room was booked on Oyo and the payment was already made, how've they refused me the check-in and demanded with me to cancel the booking made on Oyo, once I confronted they threatened me to be sent out of the premise. The moment I cancelled the Oyo booking after letting go the amount already paid(As the cancellation refund is not applicable due to time constraints) they took advantage of the same and demanded double the amount on rebooking. They threatened to refuse me the room if double the amount was not paid. So basically you book this room online and you pay thrice the tarrif(Oyo payment+double demand on the spot). The staff in the reception are more of goons due to the local religious/community demographical situation and that factor can't be denied aswell. There is high chance of people of one community (research on population of community at Kurla to learn more) sorounding you if you argue. The best option is DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY at this property. Food and service is too bad, how've the aforementioned reason is very much sufficient to avoid this...

The staff was quick and relevant. The place was a bit different like what u see in the photographs but still it's good. The passage is long enough for enjoying 😂, the rooms are good. The only issue I faced was the Geyser , which was later acknowledged by the staff and my room was changed. They gave me a proper room which was for 3 guests at first , it was neat and tidy I can say that proper sanitization was done. Anyhow due to Covid -19 many things were like , we can't do anything there. The Television was not working due to discontinued service of SET TOP BOX anyway later when our room was changed we got all the services for what we booked for. The staff as I said was helpful , the manager gave me an option to choose from 3 different rooms , "whichever I like I can take" he said. Thank you for this assistance. I would say that if you are planning for a 2-3 days trip in Sion,Kurla or Dadar I would suggest this place because even after providing this facilities , you can get a room at a really reasonable rate (you must know how to book and bargain lol). Very rude behavior and very unhappy stay. I had US Visa interview and I decided to book this hotel.i also had my family with me (mom and dad). We booked deluxe 3X room and they gave us double 2X room saying that it is 3X.When we argued they are saying they don't have any 3X room. The food they provided was very very bad and to do it , expensive also, that we decided to use Zomata for the remaining of our stay. Secondly when we requested them for just 30 min late check-out ,they said u have to pay for entire day.
