This review has been written not on the basis of the food served but the Hospitality they dispensed. To begin with they do not know the meaning of Hospitality. Called them to get a reservation they said they're full and we need to walk in and try our luck. As I reached I saw 60% of the restaurant was empty. I needed a table for 2 but was given a table of 6, i confirmed twice if thats going to be my table for the evening, two different wait staff confirmed the same. An hour later I was shifted to a makeshift table for 2 PAX next to the bar / cashier. This table did not belong at that spot as the service staff kept passing by at close quarters to pick up the drinks and bill from the cashier, twice I was knocked on my head by the service staff while doing their duties. The manager insisted we sit there, seemed like he served us an ultimatum that if we don't take it we won't have a table at all. After sitting there the evening went downhill. The music was too loud and as the restaurant started filling up post 9:30 other guests waiting for their table started hovering around us at a very close proximity which made us very uncomfortable. The manager saw this happening and I called him to the table and asked for a different table. To which he said he is arranging one on a priority basis. Post which he just started avoiding us, after asking our waiter to check for what happened he gave a blunt answer that no other table is vacant and we have to manage amongst the chaos that was happening around us, he answered this without even checking with the manager. I kept calling the manger and he kept avoiding me. Trying to act all busy. At this point I felt like ordering the bill and leaving, but since I was hungry I quicky ordered a main course and left.
Being a chef if I leave a review about the food they served. you'll be astonished to know they serve stale / old and crumbly mini pita breads with their Mediterranean appetizers. They need to know that if they're going to continue with such high handedness they'll be out of Business very soon as they're not serving anything unique. it's a cut copy and paste of the food served at other Middle Eastern / Mediterranean and Asian restaurants in the city. It's the total experience of Good Hospitality with Great Food that brings guests back and not being snobbish with the guests who are trying to...

Read moreI should start with - my reviews are almost always for some of the best places worth a visit... So this place has had to have more than one thing wrong for me to leave a review rating this bad.
Service: I would give it a -10 if that was an option! There was a reservation made and we were asked to wait at the bar. We wait and ask them for a table outside, for which the seating staff tells us it will be about 30 mins and asks us to continue waiting at the bar. We wait for almost 45 minutes without sight of her and I ask go over to the entrance to ask her about the table. She had forgotten what I was asking her about by then and asked for my name. She then walks over outside to look at the tables and informs me nothing is available yet and asks us to take any table inside. We do so and the serving staff approaches us asking if we want the bill (after we just got seated!) Like that wasn't enough to make the experience frustrating, the table seated behind us (group of 10+) people behaved like they had their private party going on there, screaming, hooting, clapping...add to that the loud music! At the end while walking out, I approach the manager and tell him what an awful service it was and he looked at me blankly with only an "okay". If this wasn't Mumbai, they'd be shut long ago.
Food: Asian...please go to other places. They are decent but not that best for the price. Mediterranean... Having eaten Kumpir in Turkey (where it comes from), this was the worst excuse for one on the menu. Baba Ghanoush - please make baingan bharta at home 😂.
Ambience: Please don't go there expecting a pleasant dining experience. Terrible Service, loud music, average food...add to that one inconsiderate group of people...recipe for a dining experience that wasn't worth it, especially for...
