Hotel Sivasakthi — Hotel in Pamban Island

Did not had a good experience while I was with my wife and cousins. I had booked two rooms of two beds but instead reaching the hotel they told they have only one room of 4beds. After already paying for two roomsbdays before, I had to stay in one room. This kind of service was not expected by the hotelier. Its a kind of lodge and not a hotel. Bathroom was not cleaned. It had insects crawling in the bathroom. No hot water. No toiletries provided. No towels too. Beds was ok but not bedsheets. They didn't provide any comforters apart from a old dirty looking bedsheet.

Only good things is that it is near to the Temple. If you love to take a walk then within half a km you get almost all required things including temple to eateries to...

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.||The staff is very responsive and prompt.||Room was very good, room service was great, morning breakfast was great.||||But I must mention the manager of the Hotel, Thandi. He was just awesome. I have never met anyone this polite. It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. Its location is on the bit distance from the temple. But rather than that a great value for money hotel. Room service and reception was excellent. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was awesome. We have ordered and they have delivered. They donot have an in house restaurant but the quality and taste of the food they delivered was awesome.
