Real bad experience.... its a major MAJOR fall from what is WAS to what it is now... I've been a customer since the All Stir Fry days to the Oriental Connexion to the current Wok Toss today... first we went at ard 12.10 pm as the board out side mentioned lunch starts at 12pm but the hostess said it starts at 12.30pm... we had to come back ar 12.40pm.... all the cutleries were not on the table we had to ask for it... we requested for table napkins as they were not set for 3 seats but was set for only one seat. The napkins given had a long hair in one of the napkin. Next the vegetables were all almost either stale or was full of holes in them... pakchoy i asked to be replaced as it was all ripe and yellow leafs... the hostess took it in bought it back after washing it and put one whole almost 9 inch leaf into my bowl... we ordered a Ice tea which had a piece of red cloth which was dispensing some dye... on let the hostess know about it, she replaced it for us.... such bad experience in all that I will not be coming back ever.... will miss one of me n my families...

We tried prawns and squid in Mongolian sauce and chicken and mutton in schezwan and hot bean sauce. My mother had the mild spring onion sauce. All the meats and vegetables were fresh except the mutton. The preparation was good but I would not label it delicious. The flavors of the sauces we tried were all similar. Also, there was watery gravy in the prepared food although it was supposed to be stir fried.
There is only one cook to toss the ingredients so you have to stand in a long line to get it cooked which is annoying. If they don't want to add a cook, they can get one of the servers to write down the recipe chosen and serve the cooked food at the table.
It's good to visit once but I would not choose to go again, especially at this...
Read morePart of Ferns hotel which is now in place of Esquare on University road, this place is buzzing for wok lovers. You can make and eat as much as you can by visiting the counter to mix and match different ingredients as per ur choice, post which the chef inside prepared the dish in front of you. You can also order off the menu card, we opted for soup, dimsums, drinks. As there was only one server and one chef the service was laggard and the wait time for the wok was sad. We were queuing up as if we were standing in a temple to get glimpse of the coveted chef to prepare our food. The live music and singer was a refreshment. Overall a decent experience, which could have been better had there been more staff to attend...
