Visited the restaurant on 15th Feb. We have been visiting the restaurant from the past 5 years so we have quite bit of experience. We opted for buffet. 1st thing that came was the nachos which was literally 1/4 th quantity of what we had the last time in November. On complaining we got to know that their policies/management had changed and these things are refillable. Alongside nachos, we ordered a mushroom dish from appetiser, which tasted quite horrible and on once again complaining they changed it and brought a new one which tasted better. One of the pizza's was not great. Oglio olio pasta smelled & tasted horrible. One of the only things that tasted good and was upto mark was the pink sauce ravioli. Honestly we didn't even wanted to pay for the service charges after all that happened so we denied. Manager came in & said in a very rude manner that it has become mandet for us to pay the service charge. We knew for sure that it is illegal but we were not at all in the mood to argue with them after the lunch was a disaster. Overall it was the worst experience I have ever had at...
