Hotel K G Grand — Hotel in Punjab

Hi team,

I just want to share some experience of mine for the betterment of this hotel company.

I stayed here for 3 days and my mother was handicapped and she got the ground floor room.

First of all Room service was Very bad, even water bottles were not reaching on time.

Once their manager himself provide me water bottle, their team of waiters is not up to the mark, they didn't even hear their managers as well.

The main incident which I want the team to know is that, one early morning my handicapped mother decided to take bath as we have to go gurdwara, then my father asked service boy to provide him one plastic chair or anything which could help my moeher to take bath, I can't even tell you how their waiter staired at me and told my father "𝗡𝗔𝗛𝗜 𝗡𝗔𝗛𝗜 𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗔 𝗞𝗨𝗖𝗛 𝗡𝗜 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔"" then my helpless father went to reception and asked for help, then sardar ji told that waiter to bring chair from upstairs, even then he argued with manager, then sardar ji went upstairs and then provide me the chair for my mother. I think these type of ethical and humble persons we want in this industry There service boys were always remain angry and slapped each other and just arguing in front of every guest, I think txere service boys have some personal problems which the company should fix so that they can give humble service to guests. One more thing I want to mention is about pricing, I was staying in this hotel for three days and I just told them last day to reduce some tarriff, they told me we don't have any power to do this, and that girl in front of me openly told another guest to give room at 2000 as we...

Oh boy where do it start with this property. Let’s see if I can help people not stay here and ruin their trip. I booked for one night here without doing my usual research, upon my arrival at the reception I get treated with a guy named RAKESH who had the worst attitude(turns out I could smell alcohol from a mile). I then ignored that and thought I will just have to spend a night and wake up early to get blessing from Darbar sahib but I didn’t knew worse was yet to come. I get a call around 1am from this guy asking about my payment confirmation which was really wierd because I had already paid for the property online before coming, I told him it's late and will speak in the morning and hung up. After 10 mins I hear a knock on my door to which I ignored thinking it's just next door, two mins later I hear another bang on my door which woke me and my wife. I opened the door and see drunk RAKESH standing there. At this point I lost my temper and just gave it to him. I asked for the manager to see me but then I saw him drunk too. I didn't knew what to do felt a little scared that helpless. At this point around 2am I thought best thing would be to leave and not risk my wife and my life. I then spent my night in my car and woke up in the morning and went to Darbar sahib. Moral of the story PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KG grand hotel you might risk your life it was just like what you see in the horror movies. Owner of this hotel please get it together before RAKESH...

I have never seen this kind of bad attitude of hotel staff .whole staff was so rude , seems like frustrated. Even when I asked for tea , milk for baby and slipper even though they didn’t provide slippers, and when I asked to send someone to carry my luggage they said we can’t we don’t do that. Poor service poor hospitality and charged higher prices. The wort part is when I checked out I had to use washroom for my baby and they refused me to use it as I had checked out .they didn’t provide bill also and when I asked to show me the bill for what I had ordered like tea water bottle nd milk but they didn’t show me they just told me that this amount you have to pay . Worst hotel I have ever stayed in the entire life. I request you guys if you are looking for hotels nearby golden temple please search other hotels you will find many more hotels with low charges and with good services . I highly don’t recommend this KG...
