Very Good Example of a Bad Hotel!!

Long Review : Must Read!!

Firstly, i'd just like to state that this is a very long review and if you'd take the time to read it maybe you'd consider avoiding this place at all costs! When we first arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the staff and were shown to our ground floor room. The room was very basic including two horribly uncomfortable single beds and a very basic bathroom. However, we were satisfied with this as we're never too bothered about the room we stay in, as long as it is clean. we began to get questioned on where we'd been and where we were going. My partner and I both have dust allergies and this triggers my asthma. After just a few hours of being in our room our allergies were starting up. The room was unbelievably dusty, it was clearly cleaned last season and then just left. Every morning I'd wake up struggling to breathe,stuffy nose, swollen eyes and even swollen lips. A few days in to the holiday it became too much and we approached the cleaner and asked if she could give it an extra clean under the beds, which was not done very well, we even gave her a tip with the assumption she'd do it properly this time. As the problem was still not resolved we decided to speak to the manager Dimitris who asked us to show him the dust. We took him to our room, showed him the dust coming off of the pillows and we asked if the sheets could be changed to which his reply was "who's going to do it? The cleaners gone home." (Maybe you Dimitris as you are the owner and manager) Being asked such a simple thing seemed too much for him as he seemed to be very annoyed with us after this. We told him we were happy to change it ourselves and he agreed to that. The next day the problem was still not resolved and it was starting to make our holiday less enjoyable so we decided to change hotels. We were also told it wasn't his problem that the room was dusty and that we had allergies and we should have contacted our rep straight away instead of going to him with the problem. He was extremely rude, pointing in my face and told me he "doesn't want to want to speak to me, he will only speak to my boyfriend!" His dad also decided to become very aggressive and shouting in punjabi which led to Dimitris having to remove his dad from the situation(even though he'd be so friendly just a few minutes before) I recorded this all on video. To anyone thinking of booking here, I would really advise you to think twice unless you plan on spending all your time and money here, the manager has no concept of customer service and only cares about money! I never give places a bad review but the lack of customer service and professionalism from this place was shocking! (I partly think Dimitris thought he could take advantage because me and my partner are both young, but how wrong he was.) Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness and bad attitude

The room was dirty and everything looked old and we soon found animal droppings in the AC unit. My partner has respiratory problems so we went downstairs and informed the front desk receptionist who called in a man. He did not introduce himself and asked us what the problem was so we told him about the animal droppings. He laughed in our faces so we showed him the pictures on our camera. He still laughed so we insisted he come up and see for himself.

The owner left the hotel without handing over the room and no person to whom you can say about the problems in room like No mug in the bathroom and no water in the morning.

This is the worst hotel, please take 500 from me but don't choose this hotel

HOTEL RD International is hell for visitors. There is only one person who is hotel staff, manager and hotel owner too. Seriously this single man handling this hotel for day only. In night this person go to his home and one drunk person is responsible for all hotel work. Hotel is very rude, careless and not helpfull and not a good man.

This hotel is wrost in all manner like service, cleanness and other services. AC is not working, broken room window in room, dirty bathroom. Please not go for this hotel, this hotel may break your complete tour. We took 2 rooms for one night, but one night was very long. we are wating for morning. Before checkout time we leave this hotel.
