Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were absolutely top-notch – very clean, well-maintained, and done up with a lot of care. Truly felt like a 5-star stay in terms of comfort and facilities.

The service was outstanding. The staff were polite, attentive, and went the extra mile to help with arrangements for local travel and transport. They also gave some really good recommendations for food joints and nearby places to visit, which made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable.

A special mention to the owner, Mr. Sandeep Singh, who was very good and extremely helpful throughout the stay. His personal involvement and friendly attitude really made a difference.

The location is peaceful, tucked away in the inner streets, yet the roads are well-connected to popular destinations and food places, so travelling around wasn’t an issue at all.

Also, the Wi-Fi was excellent – fast and reliable, which is always appreciated.

The guy in the turban was very rude, he didn’t speak to me after i was standing at the reception for the 15mins and walked off, bad service from the owner. My food came after 2 hours of order! Lunch turned into evening snack! Room was not worth the price in Amritsar! They have a commission basis system with auto guys and they are very manipulative. I don’t mind the money but I expect the service! Sheets were absolutely filthy, when asked to changed took about an hour and changed it back to filthy ones. AC was not working!!! Once you checkin(only thing they care about) they are not at all bothered. However, the other staff were very kind people. I recently stayed at Swastik Hotel, Amritsar for 3 days and I must say it was an excellent experience! The hotel is very good, with great facilities and a superb location near the Golden Temple. The wifi service was also excellent, which was a big plus for me.
