OYO 22981 Hotel Temple Tower — Hotel in Punjab

Hotel staff was okay but seemed like they are new in hospitality business. When we checked in, bed sheets, cover and pillow covers were dirty. These had many oily food stains and hair all over the bed. No toilet kit was there when we came in the room. We had to remind for everything (soap, shampoo, clean towel). During the night we needed extra mattress since we were 3 adults and 1 kid. Blanket has rotten smell. I had to remind these guys so many times about the complimentary breakfast to be provided. Worst of all, I raised these issues with Oyo, but no visible action. It seems like in heavy tourist area they don't care about the Hotel Quality. Staff was helpful with keeping are luggage in cloak area even after checkout. Good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Golden Temple. They begged me to provide five star rating on Oyo app (1 5-star raising rating gives them Rs....

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. All the bedding was stained and had to ask for new bedding. The pillow had mould on it, the bedding was damp and we had to ask for a towel and some hand soap because it wasn't already provided. There was also something on the bathroom floor that looked like vomit that wasn't cleaned properly. I was genuinely concerned for my health while sleeping here....
