Bidesh Ghar Inn — Hotel in Puri

Stay experience was bad, rooms were moderately clean but not complete. Room maintenance are not done and that is evident from balcony door locks damaged, loosened, door cant be closed, after changing room still same issues, bathroom taps with 0 maintenance, sound from tap and water tripping, lack of basic facility-kettle,tea sachets, towels dirty in color with bedsheets not clean, landline does not works and no response on calling service no, hotel management is worst, they won't take any effort to provide a comfy experience, irresponsible behaviour, 5L water jar with broken seal, tap water not the mineral one will be provided on entering the room, can drink at your own risk, priced more with the kind of experience provided, it has a restaurant of its own but not worth eating its food, untidy chairs with leftover food and tables not cleaned properly even their food quality is not upto the mark and charges more, stale ingredients are used for south indian dishes as well as for others, non-ac, ovenly heated ambience, restaurant staff behavior arrogant, hotel service staff behaviour good. Services needs to be improved to a lot of extent especially no masks wore and covid protocols...

Literally the worst experience... The hotel manager and staff are the most arrogant people I've seen in my entire life...

Rooms are good... But once you ask them to clean the room and change the bedsheets they will show their real face...

You cannot see management here... And I'm not talking about good management.. Any kind of management is lacking here...

Anyhow if you are here .. Avoid the restaurant they have... They dont have any items available... You have to eat whatever they want you to eat... This is like a hostel...

Today I asked for morning tea here... They said.. That "deri hobe... Onek deri.. Onno party ache tader k dekhte hochhe" Which loosely translates to.." It will be very late... We have to take care of.. Other tourist groups"

In a nutshell.... Avoid this... If you are going with family then.. You must avoid this... Never in my life I'm coming...

I have been in so many places, and visited so many states and hotels, This hotel is just WORST..... THE SERVICE IS MOST WORST.... SPECIFICALLY THE MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT...

PLEASE DON'T GO THERE....!!!!

The people are not polite, and very rude... the food is overpriced and taste of the food is soo bad... they argue about everything, the only good thing is the rooms, they are okish... Bt no rooms have balconies so u have to go to the roofs, no views also and THE MAIN THING IS They refused to clean rooms and giving us daily room service as the rooms became very dirty very fast because it is a sandy area... they don't even gives us clean bedsheets... very very much disgusted..... And the place is very crowded... very noisy...
