Hotel provanil — Hotel in Puri

Well..lets start with positivity ,I and my family stayed here for 2days ,plus point is just near to the sea beach . But when we booked the guest house we called for non ac and a lady said she's providing a room in ground floor and we said yes to it ,it costs 600 as and when we came they said 700 for ground floor..very bad professionalism .further we took an A.c. Room only .The room was pretty good ,it was quite big no issue with the room. But the ambience of the guest house it's very very very cheap ,people shouting around ,others don't remember there room no. Knocking to others room no. Staff behavior is very bad very rude sort off.No one comes to clean the room nothing. And most importantly its not an hostel that by 10pm they tell the guest to go to the rooms.people come for vacation nearby hotels gates open till 12am n people chilling in front f sea beach where as that's normal for an vacation but as the workers have to rise early so they have to close the gate by 10pm. It's a big guest house I hope they maintain it and behave professionally...

Mostly middle class tourists are visiting this place with a view to the nearest to golden beach and facilities of surface transportation including local markets and eateries. Nowadays transport facilities are a major problem to reach anywhere including temple visits or railway stations. Unplanned mushrooming property development and uncontrolled huge transportation making this nostalgic religious heritage sites a hoax during day time. Pollution is another concern in this temple town in spite of the Bay Of Bengal and long golden beach. Very bad hotel to be honest .The renovation Works are going on and the rooms are very small.Don't rent this hotel by its outer shining,glazing appearance.The service is really horrible. It had been a whole day asking for a simple clean bucket but they still haven't delivered.The room is dirty,the bathroom is moderate and the water is not at all suitable to drink.so don't rent this apartment(especially in advance,because I have already made this mistake)and look for other moderate but very clean and good service based cheap hotels in nearby areas.The prices may range from 3500-4000 rupees including AC as well but...
