Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! Don't waste your Time and Money!!

I recently stayed at Hotel Dhora Jaisalmer, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, a musty smell, and broken furniture. But what really made my stay unbearable was the atrocious behavior of the hotel owner and staff.

The Staff Saleem was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I raised concerns about the condition of my room and the lack of basic amenities, I was met with hostility and blatant disrespect. Instead of offering any solution or apology, Saleem practically ignored my complaints and made it clear that he didn’t care about my comfort or satisfaction.

The staff wasn’t any better — they were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in providing any kind of service. When I asked for basic assistance, they behaved very rudely. I felt completely unwelcome the entire time I was there.

This place clearly has no regard for customer service or quality, and the behavior of the owner and his team was utterly appalling. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

Hi all every i would like to review slaim Bhai who was a driver who took us to desert, longewalaa, temple my experience was good with him. Food was okay, service was good. But my recommendation is if u want to stay night then you should ask them to choose nice tent providers rather then cheap ones as per. My experience was avg when we visited tent, for food, show and tents it was avg. I had a great time at the hotel. Mr. Amim and his sons are very friendly and cooperative. They are good people. I booked a desert safari with them and it was an awesome experience. I got a chance to see the sun set from the desert. Had an adventurous Jeep Safari, camel ride and stay at the tent watching the cultural dance and listening to songs of Rajastan.
