Pizzeria by the lake (PBTL) — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Worst experience by pizzeria by the lake i went their other venture “ bougainvillea terrace by the lake “ and according to their taste I decided to go “ pizzeria by the lake “ but that is not even close to bougainvillea .. I ordered aglio e olio ( classic spaghetti “ watermelon and basil mock tail , tiramisu .. aglio e oilo is full of oil , spaghetti pastas are hard probably used from freezer directly not steamed in water before using , its feels like just hard noodles with exccess oil zero taste and cherry tomatoes which technically shouldn’t be in this dish , this dish classicly should made with only garlic , olive oil and pamersan cheese and ofcourse spaghetti but instead of this they have cherry tomato and Indian spicyness in it .... you should tossed pasta in oil not dip like you are frying yes that much oil is present in dish .. they used in basil watermelon its only watermelon juice not a mock tail with lots of ice .. im putting 3 star just bcz of their staff bcz they are nice and view plus tiramisu is average in taste but atleast taste like tiramisu.. when you are charging too much .. people expect you to serve extraordinary.. they can’t even serve authentic food. And as im re-editing this only because pbtl thinks that i have a zero knowledge of authentic food and you replied for only dish not for entire serving..: i didnt like any of food that serves..hope for the next time you will read full review and than reply accordingly, I personally like italian food and well aware about this cuisine , its taste and ingredients and definitely not looking for any Indian...

Chef Sanjay and his team were exceptional with their service, they accommodated our requests very well and were very courteous, we ordered a classic margarita pizza which was the best we have had anywhere in the town, one must go and directly talk to the chef about the type of pizza they want along with the crust and toppings to enjoy thier meal to the fullest, we ordered a Pepsi as well with the pizza for 125₹, tiramisu was good and made in authentic style with the use of the kallua liquor and espresso shot, but even better was the affogato which comes served with coffe shot and vanila ice cream it's truly something unique and different to experience that we ended up ordering it twice. The ambience of the restaurant is really nice and the staff are very courteous with your requests. It's an open kitchen so one can view their pizza being made live while soaking in the breathtaking view of the fatehsagar lake, the location of this hotel on the banks of the river truly makes it a unique place to enjoy some...

I had an excellent dining experience at this Italian restaurant, and the highlight was undoubtedly the pizza—it was one of the most authentic and flavorful Italian-style pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was perfectly baked, with just the right balance of crispiness and chew, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and well-seasoned.
