Hotel Lotus Haveli — Hotel in Rajasthan

This is a great hotel at a reasonable price. The owner, Sandeep ji, is very helpful. When I asked, he provided the contact for a bike shop but never pressured me to book with them. He also advised me to take safety precautions to check the bike and make a video if I rented a bike from any shop. Later, I ran into him near the main entrance of the fort, he greeted us and when I asked about local food options, he kindly showed me a few nearby places and gave good suggestions.

The food at the hotel was delicious. It was a bit pricey, but I think food inside the fort tends to be more expensive. We tried Ker Sangri, Gatta Curry, Masala Omelette, Cheese Mushroom Omelette (the mushroom portion could have been a bit more), and a Cheese Tomato Sandwich. Everything was tasty. The restaurant, Lake View Restaurant, offers both an indoor café and a rooftop café, and the view is definitely the best.

The hotel also has two cats. If you're a cat lover, you'll definitely enjoy their company!

The staffs, including Sumar, Ibrahim, and the young Yasin, were all humble and polite.

Unfortunately, I could only stay for one night as I had a booking at Zostel for the next few days, and I couldn’t get a refund. I really missed this hotel during my stay at Zostel. I will definitely visit again if I come to Jaisalmer...

Our stay at the Lotus Haveli was blissful. The owner Mr Sandeep ji, a very helpful and amazing host, went out of his way to make the experience at the stay better. He himself came to pick us up from the bus drop point, and even served us the best breakfast famous in Jaisalmer, which he got for us himself.

The rooms were clean and authentic. We extended our stay at the hotel, as we loved it, and he made it possible for us on such short notice.

They have an amazing location with perfect spot to get view of the city and the sunrise. Good restaurant as well.

Those who are visit Jaisalmer, I highly recommend this place to stay, very neat & clean rooms, hygiene maintained, beautiful view from the window of the rooms,staffs are very nice humble in behaviour, helpful & friendly......& The roof top restaurant is also amazing.....night view with shooting stars just loved it & the owner Mr. Sandeep ji u are just awesome person....the love, respect , care,& gesture you show for ur guests that iz really really amazing.....u made us feel that we are ur part of fmly......even Mr .Gopal Singh is awesome person as well who light up our tour of Jaisalmer......loved to visit again and catch up wid u...
