Chirag Haveli — Hotel in Rajasthan

this hotel is rated highly in Google, but after staying we got confused why it is rated so highly. 1. location and entrance is congested and dirty. 2. rooms are small in contrary to the online images and also were dirty. 3. bathroom is stained and water flow is slow. 4. rooms are very inadequately furnished. 5. hotel is very inadequately staffed and one person in all kinda hotel; so forget about daily room servicing n cleaning. 6. bed sheets are also stained. 7. complementary breakfast is so limited; only providing toast and coffee. this is the worst complementary breakfast in entire rajasthan tour. only positive is its rooftop restaurant. food here is tasty and spicy. view of golden fort fron the roof is nice but this is available in every surrounding hotel. overall an unpleasant stay with hotel requiring lots of improvement in...

Our company had arranged 3 rooms for 4nights in the last week of Jun2025 and advance payment was made thru Goibibo Rooms were not updated and things as promised were not available in rooms. Bath-kit, toileteries were not provided. Tea making arrangement not available.

Morning breakfast, tea was brought from nearby Thhelas, reastaurants and we had to consume by sitting on bed only.

Hotel restaurant is closed presently and lunch, dinner cannot be taken in the hotel. It appears they have not posted the real pictures of the property at various platforms. The advance amount paid was enormous and unjustified for the service offered.

Approach to hotel is difficult to access and surrounding is not appealing.
