Hotel Preethi Classic Towers in Ooty was located conveniently along the main road. At its entrance, shops were not tall so I could still see blue skies. There were parking lots in front of the hotel within its own premises. Some rooms faced the carpark and the main road, mine was one of them. The reception area was spacious and neat. The staff from the Front Desk were swift and efficient in checking me in after completing some forms. The staff also welcomed me with hot lemon tea. The inside of the hotel was quiet and bright but the room itself looked dated though spacious. The bed made cracking noises when I sat on it. This room looked like a recent transformation from a twin-sharing as the 2 bed headrests were still evident. As the window locks were spoilt, the noises of passing cars and barking dogs kept me awake in the night. I managed to find my ear plugs & I put them on, so it wasn’t as bad on the 2nd night. Two glass bottles of water were provided. The hotel was very environmentally conscious. I did ask for a wooden spoon to replace a used one I found in the tray. TV channels were working fine. The wall fan made a lot of noise though. The parquet flooring seemed oily and after 10-minute of walking, I realised my home slippers that I brought along were stained. Probably the floors were just polished? A lot of mothballs were placed in the room - especially in the wardrobes and sink. I wasn’t sure of the purpose but the smell was over-powering for me so I sprayed my perfume in the room instead. Mothballs might be detrimental to people who are having G6PD deficiency. Bathroom also looked dated. For 2 nights, after showering, there were insects crawling on the floors. They did look like bed bugs to me. All coming from the shower drainage. Unfortunately, one naughty bug was hiding in my toiletries pouch and it followed me back to Bangalore. On the 2nd night there wasn’t hot water at the shower, it was so cold in Ooty at that time. Anyway, I braved the cold and had a quick one. Staff in the hotel were polite, special mentions go to Ms Piyu and Paul at the Zuka Restaurant. The housekeeping manager helped me to set up my room wifi which was rather weak and the front desk staff also came up to check if I had settled down properly. To the latter, I did share a bit of my concerns. Zuka Restaurant served good dinner. Loved the extensive menu. I will share more separately. However the breakfast served in the multi cuisine room was a bit lacklustre, though clean and simple. Check-out was fast, a form was also given to me to pen my feedbacks. The level of service rendered by the staff superseded the issues I encountered. My stay was a safe one too. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Hotel Preethi Classic Towers, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff here truly sets the bar for exceptional hospitality – they are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay perfect. The management team deserves a special mention for ensuring every guest feels valued and pampered. From the moment you arrive, the welcome team makes you feel at home with their cheerful greetings and seamless check-in process. And if you're visiting, you must try their bonfire experience – it’s magical, especially in the cool evenings. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was incredibly relaxing. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place is a gem. I can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Hotel Preethi Classic Towers, for an amazing stay and Thanks to Junaid & Karthik for reaching us out for the feedback on the amazing stay they provided.

Very bad experience: The only advantage of the hotel is the location. Disadvantages- 1.Dusty rooms with dusty curtains 2.Bathroom is big but looks dirty. Jet spray holder was broken and when asked not repaired 3. Service is very poor. We asked for drinking water and no one came back till next day 4. There is no Door mat and night lamp/dim light in the room 5. All the rooms r old and shabbily maintained with patch work, unwahsed curtains for ages, just 1 plug point given in a room, bulb without lampshade. 6. Overall a very horrible experience.

Hi, I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from 18th October to 21st October in room 122. First and foremost, I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your all staffs. From the moment I arrived, they (Specially Mr. Zunaid) were courteous, attentive and made me feel right at home. It was a very smooth check-in process and I really liked how they welcomed with nice drink (hot lemon tea). The front desk staff was above and beyond, and he was well experienced to manage the check-in process (even though multiple customer arrived at the same time). Zunaid escorted me till my room and he explained and showed about the amenities (such as Indoor games, gym area, , library, etc.) and basic facilities. I would also like to thanks to the house keeping staffs (forgot his name), who always make sure that the room is neat and clean and whenever I needed any stuff he was fulfilling promptly.

However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay. The water pressure in the shower in my room was quite low and also very less water was coming through hot water tap. Also I could see one of light in bathroom was fluctuating. While this didn’t affect my overall experience, I believe addressing such issues promptly can enhance the satisfaction of guests. I suggest conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure that all rooms meet the expected standards, especially regarding water pressure.

Once again thanks to the entire staff for making my stay...
