SRI KRISHNAN RESIDENCY — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Worst experience! Rude behaviour and worst attitude of staffs. They won’t even bother if the guests have arrived and we have to wait long for the check in even though we do web check in. The manager and the people over there would be happy if you do the online booking and don’t turn up there as their only focus is money

[Edited after comments from owner]: I reached property by 5 pm. Since there was no one to do the check in for about 25 mins(even though I had done web checkin from the URL I got in mail) and when you returned back after it with some idiotic attitude, I did a booking after it. Attaching the supporting screenshots which shows the two bookings I did for the same day. The screenshot has the timing of the other booking (5:24 pm). Please try to build a brand around honesty and we will be happy to support you rather than playing victim card to look like you are the person affected. I have also attached my comment and owners response before the edit, screenshot from Twitter where I had asked goibibo to cancel the booking at 6 pm.

Please provide some real facts when...

Its a lodge rather than a hotel. The location is good as it is in the centre of the pollachi town but it is not good to stay with family. The hotel is close to a bar and the parking area is crowded with the drunkards and it is bit of a harm for the family. They have a front desk but the staffs are not co-operative and helpfull. Their behavior is like we are staying there for free. Room is moderate, bed is good and having Air condition also. They have provided TV but the channels are not available due to no subscription. No complimentary water bottle available. Only one empty bottle with one glass is provided. Toilet is more over equal to s lodge. The water from the flush tank was leaking and they kept the Focet on the left side and it is very much difficult to use. Only soap and one rupee shampoo provided no other toilet or bathroom accessories available. Water heater is available. Overall it is not recommended for family and it is not good for long stays. The worst part of the hotel is the staff attitude and it reduces one star...

Pros:- The rooms are spacious and airy . Good parking space and accessibility. Centre of the town location . Rlwy station amd bus stand in vincity.

Cons :- No lifts available . No wheelchair accessibility . No inhouse Restaurant. Very old building & quite dampness all around in rooms .

Suitable for :- Business travellers,family & solo travellers ..

Those travelling for VALAPRAI could add a stop at this Point ..
