Hotel Visit time and date Poor Service by the person on 26/02/17 around 3.45 PM - 4.30 Pm

I have visited the hotel for Good Review, But what overall i have faced worst experience ever only right from hand wash to food..,

I usually won't review much this is my first review i still knows it takes time to explain our experience but i could n't digest the experience so please read till end before going to this hotel

1. Ugly Restrooms with Floating of some ** on Toilets and Unhygienic washroom with stinky smell around.

2. UNWASHED COPPER WATER DRINKING GLASS once i took the glass for drinking water it started stinks ( I think previous customer have drunk it without taking it away they just placed on it ) so i just kept away and brought KINLEY Water bottel.

3. Rude Servers who doesn't know how to treat a customer Reason ( As he showed the Menu Card and once we started ordering he said in rude nothing available right now only Chicken Briyani and Noodles not even one side )

4. so we asked him to bring available items as the time getting late i started feel more hungry after 10 Min I again asked him why there is no soup in a menu he said its complimentary and went away,

First visit to the hotel i don't know that Complimentary Soup is self service.

4. we just thought he will bring, But after 20 Min he came with menu of chicken briyani and Chef Special Noodles , I just asked him where is soup, He just replied in rude manner its in the corner you need to take your self and another server just came with same altitude to us he repeated the same you need to take it yourself and went to the corner started staring us ,AS IF HE IS BUSY IN ATTENDING OTHER CUSTOMER BUT HONESTLY IN THE HOTEL THERE ARE ONLY TWO COUPLES OUR SELF AND ONE COUPLE, SO IN TOTAL 4 PERSON

5. To be honest cost is bit high but the taste of the chef special noodles is mind blowing,

For management just a kind advice Please replace the staffs like this, due to poor management and unhygienic reasons i have experienced the worst.

Slaves restaurant at pollachi is one of the best for delicious food.

The ambience is good with well spread out neat seating.

The service is exemplary and prompt. Waiting time is not much.

The food is prepared fresh. And the quantity is more than adequate and filling.

Every dish is beautifully crafted and made to taste as per the customer s need and taste.

Great effort is put into making each dish as enticing and delicious as possible.

We had the pleasure of interacting with the chief chef Mr. Prabhu who enhances the whole gastronomic experience with his vast experience and training of various cuisines. A pleasant ,well spoken gentleman he ensures he serves the very best. He is also extensively trained in desserts as well and is ever willing to custom make them for the customers.

There is a spacious basement parking.And the restaurant is located on the pollachi highway itself which is very easy to locate.

Overall a wonderful experience. It is not about just having good food but having it in a place where they care about our tastes, likes,preferences and make sure we are happy both with the food and the whole experience.

We are now officially slaves to the food...

We have been going to this place when they were in the old location… today we decided to give a try at this location..

the food took so long, again they dint expect much crowd so I accepted the delay also ….

There comes the main part !!! We asked them to pack the left over food….I waited then went and stood near the entrance to see if he is packing … there comes the shock !!!!!

He was eating our food we asked to pack and putting the same food in the packet… again after swallowing he was about to put the next spoon in his mouth but he stopped when someone entered the room…. Basically in the same spoon ….I saw this and rejected the food the gave us ….they also accepted it !!! Worst ever!!! I would never take left over food from anywhere after this ….

Not to mention most of their servers behaviour was horrible!!! They served complimentary soup to all the tables but not us !! So many things that made us...
