Sakthi Hotel — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. DO NOT EVEN STOP HERE. BED BUGS 🐜 UNHYGIENIC

First thing: the rooms were extremely untidy. Charging us for an extra bed, the extra bed looked like it was picked up from a garbage bin. The mattress was pretty much a piece of garbage and we didn’t even want to touch it to have bugs on our skin.

Second thing: Services!! OMG never had such a worst customer service i inExtremely rude staff as many other reviews here mention. We had asked for suggestions for places to visit in Pollachi and the receptionist didn’t even bat an eye, just left a Booklet and placed it hardly on the desk! All of them were extremely rude. It looked like the hotel has too much money and they don’t need any customers.

When asked if this is how they treat thei customers, they said it was their hotel and they can do whatever they want. It looked like we were doing a favor by staying at their hotel. Too pricey, useless rooms and I am pretty sure Pollachi with all its beauty has better hotels than this one.

Third: the bar, dirty toilets and no regard for covid or even general hygiene 🪥

The place for sure is a hotspot for all kinds of germs. Beer bottles everywhere, preference is for all drunkards and bar visitors. Extremely unclean. Would recommend families to stay somewhere else. Don’t even think of stopping by this place if you want to protect yourself and your family from all kinds of diseases and rude behavior.

They forgot the ONE RULE OF BUSINESS: Customers first. Reading the other reviews, looks like the hotel is in its oblivion. Very very bad...

Last month 21-08-2015 we have come with family to attend function but we have not book the room advancely so have not rooms to stay there fully booked, at the time we have totally get upset we dont know what to do at the same time we request the reception people to help us they are really good people they arranged the top most 7 star hall to make us to freshup. That moment in our life we cant forget thanks for the heartly staffs in reception. After they arrange room for us then the rooms are very well clean and neat the room service good,the resturant foods are really taste and worth for us. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city it is very helpful for us. Then it is very very safe for families,they kept rooms neat and clean very well, the reception staffs are the backbone of improvement of the hotel. Once again we thank them what they do for the same. We stayed in Room No:122.

My humble request in bathroom hot water is not coming 24 hrs please take care in that, then my suggestion you can kept a kit in bathroom, inthat kit you must keep 2 brushes,one 50 gram paste branded is must then herbal shampoo, 2 soaps that also should be branded. This give your a rich looks like that five star hotels.
