Prakash Lodge — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I have been to this place recently.. Let's c some of the pros and cons: (Review is for Non Ac rooms) PROS: The lodge rooms are cheap. Non AC for just Rs.500. AC for Rs.1000 (prize may subject to change in future) Hotel is renovated. So looks brand new Since hotel is someway interior(not on main road), More free space outside the lodge. So parking is not a big deal. Lift facility available The rooms and bathrooms are clean enough Hot water for bathing is always available. So no worries! TV is available.

CONS: If you need hot water to drink, they don't provide you. Even if they provide you, not sure on quality. ( there is no kitchen inside the lodge). Best to get bislery water and keep with you. Only lodging facility available. No hotel attached. You need to travel 1 to 2 km to get a good hotel. Bed sheets are not provided in non Ac rooms. Some rooms bed were hard. The way they greet you in and arranging all the facilities for you is not up to the mark. No night lamps Some rooms have TV not working. In some rooms mirrors were broken. Even if we say them, to correct the TV no response.. NO phones available inside room.

So Im giving a neutral...

Rooms are clean. But there is no proper room service.

AC and TV are there but it's not working at all.

Parking is not available Cars and Bikes we have to park in front of the hotel. It's like fully congested , in the early morning we can't take our bikes out of it.

The receptionist is following up for room booking is good but the same person is getting forgotten which room to give which person.

Once we get into the room he has to provide the extra beds but not provided on time if we ask at late night he is shouting at customers.

Mainly in the morning hot water is not coming properly, if we ask in reception they are simply saying it's centralised solar it will come wait 🤦 how much time we need to wait.

Many rooms were available in the hotel, A/C Room Charge is 1500rs (3person) Non-A/C Room (Small) - 1000rs (3person) Non-A/C Room (Big) - 1500rs (5persons)

Overall the stay is very average mainly because of customer service and the facilities.

@Owner - First arrange a proper room service person for the hotel. The same reception guy only does...

Not giving any types of offers. 1.But the room & services are excellent. 1 st we reached site @ night time they were on the spot they were given as the AC room & remaining all services are quick. No other services like food & room services. So in that place the good hotels are less & am giving top priority for this hotel. They are not giving any types of wishes for tourists. Requesting for arranging for others. They are treating as like they giving room for free The hotel management provide us a bad bed sheet & we requested for changes & on spot They changed.
