Aditya Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The room was clean and spacious. Parking available besides the hotel. The bathroom is narrow so little difficult to use. The service is truly pathetic to say the least. Our Check in time was at 12 pm, but we reached Pollachi early so requested them to allow us to keep our luggage in one of the rooms as we had to go outside. They obliged and gave one room in which we kept all our luggage and left.

We came back at around 5:30 pm in the evening and when we asked for our room keys, they told it was alloted to someone else so we had to switch to a different room. We had booked 3 rooms. Then after 10-15 minutes they gave us our room keys. Went to the washroom to freshen up but to my surprise, there was no water. Tried to call the reception from the room landline, but it was also not working. Then called the person in the reception and told him that there was no water. He told it will take 15-20 minutes for the water to come. There was no drinking water provided in the rooms. Only empty water jugs were placed in the room. The water cans in the lobby also had no drinking water. No bedsheet was provided. Next day morning, no hot water provided for bathing. After vacating the room, when we told the person that hot water was not working, he told that we should have informed him. He would have made arrangements for the same. He provided hot water for 2-3 rooms after their request. This is absolutely pathetic. Why should we ask for each and every thing? They should provide us these basic facilities at the very least.

The prices of the rooms is also high. So they are charging very high rent for dismal service and have a callous attitude towards customers. After this whole frustrating ordeal, when we settled the bill and were coming out, one of the cleaning lady caught us asking for money for cleaning the rooms. This is just a truly sad state of affairs at this hotel. So I kindly suggest you to avoid this place at all cost and search for a better place to stay...

A good hotel for a stay of one or two nights.

This place is located near to bus station and on the highway to Palghat. It's not easily locatable at first, but then noticed there is multiple boards showing the hotel name on the highway near to the diversion to hotel.

We rented a/c 4 bedroom room for one night. The room was spacious and was clean and comfy. The toilet was clean too. The price for room is ₹2600 per night.

The staffs were really friendly and supportive. They solved few issues we faced quite immediately like getting bed sheets and stuffs.

There is ample parking area right next to hotel. But you may see a hospital board next to parking spot, but it's also the one for hotel, so you can park car or bike there. Buses or tempo travellers cannot be parked as I guess it will be a bit too tight.

There are few restaurants and street food options near to it. Not sure if they provide food at the hotel. We didn't check that.

My recent stay was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Despite the convenient location, several aspects of the accommodation fell short of expectations:

Room Condition: The room I was allocated appeared worn-out and poorly maintained. The walls had noticeable stains, and the furniture seemed outdated.

Cleanliness Issues: The bathroom was not adequately cleaned; there were traces of mold in the shower, and the sink area needed attention. The bedsheets and blanket were visibly dirty upon arrival, which was quite off-putting.

Facilities: The hotel lacked essential amenities that are standard in comparable establishments. For the price paid, I expected more in terms of comfort and convenience.
