This is a cozy hotel for a place like Pollachi. The executive room costed 2800 per night including taxes.

The rooms are very spacious, neat and well maintained. There is an elevator. Parking is in the basement. The ambience is excellent. All the Amenities like telephone, TV and heater were in good working condition. The staffs are polite. There was a slight delay in service. The room boys are available even during late hours but I don't think the reception staffs are working in the late hours but not sure. Smart cards for locking and unlocking the rooms. Comes with free breakfast. But if you need it at your room then they charge for it, though fot us they did not charge. They also have restaurant in the next building. But for veg. Food in Pollachi I wud only recommend Hotel Gowri Krishna on the New scheme Road. For items like pizza, sandwich etc they have Gowri Krishna bakers on the same road. For Non-Veg, I wud recommend shakthi restaurant and suriya restaurant both on the Coimbatore road. They also have water bottles and soda in the Hotel Reception. They also have the massaging sofa in the reception room. Near by there are general merchant shops like Kumaran maligai if you want to buy bananas ( 5 minutes walk from the hotel).
