Capital O Raj Mahal Sarnath — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

The hotel staff is very unprofessional and don't have basic manners to communicate with customer. Their rooms are very dirty and no hygeine is maintained. Even the food served is of poor quality and found insect in food. Waiters don't wear masks and gloves while serving. They even clean hands after using washroom. Even their chef is very untidy and don't clean hands while cooking. The service is very late and don't serve food on time. The manger and staff is very unprofessional and starts to fight even for a small things. I won't recommend anyone this hotel anymore. Mostly hotel is used by couple and not good...

Worst hotel I ever stayed. If you want to ruin ur trip please book this hotel. The hotel staff was very rude and They dint provide breakfast, no hot water no towel no soaps and when we asked for breakfast they said they will give only tea. And when we asked for hot water they are sarcastically teasing my sister and rudely shouted on my father. I am gonna file a police complaint on them and I demand for an apology to my father and sister. Since its tagged as capital O I thought we will have a good stay but it turned out to be a nightmare. Never...

The location of hotel is very bad...you can't get any public transport like auto,bus,etc from here.if you want to buy something or eat something then you have to book a cab and go to Varanasi..it will cost approx 300-400 from one side... in locality there is no any shop. If you are booking this hotel then take 2000-3000rs extra in your budget..

Very bad experience..my advice is to not book this hotel because of poor...
