Lazania Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

My experience at this restaurant near the Sarnath Buddha statue left much to be desired. First and foremost, I found the prices to be significantly overpriced for the quality of food they served. The value for money was certainly not up to par.

On top of the high prices, the taste of the dishes was rather disappointing. I ordered the mixed vegetable dish, but what I received was a simple combination of potatoes, peas, and beans (aaloo, pea, and barbatti sabji), which was not what I had anticipated. The flavors were underwhelming and did not live up to my expectations.

To make matters worse, when I asked to cancel my order due to these issues, the restaurant staff did not accommodate my request. This lack of flexibility and customer service was frustrating.

Despite the convenient location in front of the Sarnath Buddha statue, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The combination of high prices, subpar taste, incorrect orders, and uncooperative staff made for a disappointing...

While they had Paneer Paratha and other stuffed Paratha options on their breakfast menu, they refused to serve plain Paratha (I.e. Paneer Parathas without the paneer) as it was not explicitly mentioned on their menu. Absolutely ridiculous staff, and the reason is that since it is not on the menu, they cannot bill it. We asked them to bill Paneer Parathas and serve Plain Parathas, which they refused to do .

Absolutely cringeworthy...

Pathetic experience with the restaurant. Went to wash my hands near the wash-basin and saw dozens of flies around. It was so unhygienic. Also, the portion size was very small. Moreover, even when the entire restaurant was all vacant, the waiter was extremely keen on pushing us out and kept asking us as to bring the bill and brought in the tooth pics etc. while we were still having our food. Very very bad experience....
