Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I know CCD cafe famous these days and have many customers. But it’s not good to treat customers based on race or age group. We group of friends went to drink coffee over there. The service lady or woman is terrible and manner less as:

1)she asked us to download CCD app before ordering anything, she said, “ we will not take orders if you don’t download the CCD app?”

2. When we said our phones don’t have space to download new app. She just took my friend’s phone to the counter without asking our permission. We just shocked by their action.

3. I think she dared to do like this because we are students.

4. They said that they don’t provide Wi-Fi to IPhone users. I don’t it happens for all iPhone user customers or just happened for us only.

Really disappointed by their arrogant attitude and the way they treat us. Hope this review can help other people those who may faced these kinds...

Lady staff is arrogant and has attitude, she doesn't know how to behave with her customer. Being lady I felt bad the way she spoke to me regarding my order as if she knows better. Remember one thing if a customer orders anything that means they are aware of the dish. Don't try to act over smart. Treat your customer with same respect as how you treat foreigners, just because you think they would pay more??lol.. tasteless pastry! Tasteless coffee! Not worth your money. Please be careful. I wanted to leave because of staff behaviour but I had paid that's I couldn't waste my money. There were two staffs at the counter, boy is courteous but the girl has bad attitude towards the customer! Be careful when you go there. All the best! Not coming back again!!!!!! Poor customer...

I have visited many CCD’s across India but I personally haven’t seen such a large and transparent smoking zone that this place has got. I appreciate that the smoking area is separated with a transparent glass, however, it really makes uncomfortable to visit with kids, children/ family. Electric city is very unstable at this place, it goes off at any point and I’m unsure if they have got power backups, if they have, it doesn’t seems working quite well. Staff politeness could be improved.
