The worst hotel!the hotel staff tried to harrass us two ladies at night there banging our hotel door at late night so loudly!was trying to disturb women with a wrong intention..was terrified and traumatized with that experience.When we called the manager receptionist to come and help us,he totally ignored us and was too lazy to come up to handle his rude staff!!we had to call their hotel manager at late night and make him come and give us an explanation.Lazy and rude receptionist manager.he is a guy..The worst service i have ever seen!The room was also quiet dusty!Please avoid this hotel if you wish to have a safe and comfortable stay..Dont believe any tour guides which suggest this hotel for you as those guides get comission for booking this...

I stayed in Hotel Vibhav Harsh for two night in a suit room. The hotel staffs were very good and courteous. They need to improve on toiletries and to provide good and clean towely. I faced the problem of hot water on the first day and second I faced the problem of cold water as only hot water was coming in the shower. I felt quite strange about this arrangement. Excellent hospitality. Excellent dedicated staff with courteous attitude. Receptionist Mr Amit was extremely helpful and cooperative. House keeping staff was very courteous and dedicated in their service. Quality of food was excellent too. Hotel rooms were neat and clean with excellent ambience.
