Hotel Aviral Ganga — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Me and my friends booked this hotel via online and the pictures and details mentioned at online site are totally different. Rooms are not clean smell comes from the walls and their service is totally pathetic actually they don't have any room service They mentioned welcome drink will be there but after checkin they denied, electric kettle is not available and no green tea,suger,coffee pouch are available in the room, TV installed but not working after charging 2700 Rs for one night one room.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Receptionist person even don't know about the final prices of this property he asked every time to his owner abot the room charges. Visited as refferal by an old Varanasi friend. It's a spanking new property right on the Ganga and opposite the Ramnagar Fort, next to Saamne Ghat.||It's a property that's in Varanasi and outside it. The perfect place to explore laxman jhula,ganga and they also provide services like yoga retreats,200 hrs TTC. Very comfortable and warm room.
