Cafe Coffee Day — Restaurant in West Bengal

I went there today with 2 more ppl late at night. When we left the coffee shop there was another couple who left along with us. That means we 3 and the couple, 5 of us left together. The shop was closing n no one was there other than 2 staff member. As I came out I realized I have my purse dropped there, I went back immediately, within 10 mins. The staff said yes u paid us from ur purse but we don't have it here. Now I asked them for CCTV footage they said only their workstation has CCTV rest area is not covered. I asked them if they can kindly remember as my driving license was there. The staff was too reluctant to help. I lost 4.3 k and my driving license. More than the money I need my driving license but no CCTV hence I can't track. Sad, isn't it. In an expensive place like CCD where one coffee cost 150-200 bucks there is no customer help center. I visited this outlet today with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing.
