OYO 7810 Keshiv Galaxy Inn — Hotel in Zone 9 Teynampet

A budget hotel... but many things here are quite fantastic! Nice and clean rooms (though not extra large, but spacious enough). Location good as well... though a bit far from important facilities. Well... you can always take an uber/ola or an auto for that. You also can find restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance from here.

The most appreciable aspect here is probably the service and support from management. Manager Antony (and his wife) does a fantastic job providing all kinds of supports to the guests even if it requires him to get involved directly and do the job himself! He is a fantastic guy and helped me with everything including communicate with local shops and getting cabs or arranging a meal etc. I thank him for making our stay very homely.

And the only drawback I found was the lack of an elevator which sometimes makes it difficult to move luggage. I hope they overcome this issue quickly. Best of...

AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE. The only reason anybody I suppose books this hotel is because it is close to the US Consulate. We booked the hotel from the third party provider goibibo 2 weeks before our travel. Both go ibibo and the hotel folks had a discord and the hotel would not honor the booking we made 2 weeks back. Right on the day of the travel they cancelled the booking and asked to call goibibo and figure out the rest. Goibibo associate said give us 20 minutes we will talk to the hotel and get back. We got an email from goibibo stating the booking is confirmed. At the same time we got a call from the hotel again stating the booking is cancelled. I understand you might have had a discord with your parters but atleast honor the bookings you have already taken.. Not reliable nor worth the hassle. Avoid...

Cheaters. OYO too are hand-in-hand. The hotel refused room at night even after we fully paid before 2 weeks via OYO. Telling us there is a water issue and that hotel is empty. But there were guests, and told us that there is no water issue. We have audio/visual evidences. They even did not pickup calls, we kept calling day earlier. OYO also are the same kind of crooks. They put on indefinate call holds until you discount. We were visiting patients, somehow we were able to cancel and find another place luckly at late night.
