See food quality is good overall it is good but I had a bad experience because basically I am from north side India i went chennai for 1 week and we went to the restaurant 2 day first day i went eat dosa with my family to this restaurant with my family we called a waiter he came to us asked in tamil we said can you say in hindi or english he said ''Hindi kiya chahiye '' his tone was quite rude and we started felling he was discriminating and through out the order he little bit rude to us then next day we as food is good let's go their only so went and thought of seating in different side so that we get a different waiter but due to full of people we were bound to seat the side he comes we seated in table and when he have seen he was very frustrated and we called to take order but he came latest after 10 minutes of waiting and he was more rude then the previous day he was also taking order from the people who came after us , see due to 1 person I will never go to the restaurant again and I wanted to say to everyone who is reading my review don't go to this restaurant there is many restaurant who provide quality and good behaviour in Chennai after that 2 day's we went to different different resturant i never experienced any...

Its my favourite place Sangeetha Restaurant on Greems Road and felt compelled to share my positive experience. The food, while usual in its offerings, maintains a consistently delightful taste that never disappoints. The menu is straightforward yet satisfying, catering perfectly to those seeking authentic flavors. What truly sets Sangeetha apart is their impeccable hygiene, which is evident in every corner of the establishment. The professional crew members are polite, calm, and highly efficient, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Their systematic takeaway service is equally commendable, making it convenient for customers on the go. The only drawback is the limited space, as the restaurant is relatively small. However, within these constraints, Sangeetha operates like a legend, delivering exceptional service and quality. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a reliable and hygienic dining spot or take away with a warm,...

If you want to eat authentic South Indian thali then you must visit this place Food is no doubt typical south style simple but more tasty & healthy Pineapple Sheera is too yummy 😋 Most important if you love to eat rice then they really offer bowl 🍚 of rice, no chapati / roti / breads with south Thali

but you must have patience to get you turn for eat. Hotel is fully crowded in peak hour ( my personal experience i went there around 1 pm but got seat after almost 45 min) little unmanageable of difficult to manage in peak hours when equal no of people waiting to equal no of seats in hotel

It’s is typical 90’s style hotel don’t expect ambience food taste is major focus and that is 100% achieved once you taste it worth waiting for turn to come for eating but still if they manage it will highly appreciate

(Note : not to mentioned but language is major barrier I faced for with some Tamil / English speaking friend will...

The best vegetarian restaurant near Apollo Hospital, Chennai at a very reasonable price. We ate there almost regularly during our stay in Chennai. The food is just yum, delicious and mouth-watering, kudos to the chefs for such exceptionally great cooking. I'm a bengali and bengalis are supposed to be connoisseurs of food and music. So, trust me on this when I say I love the South Indian food at this place. I literally savoured every single meal I had there be it idli sambar(Rs. 40) or South Indian thali(Rs. 120). They will always serve you more than you expect and the size of every meal is just perfect to sate your appetite unlike other restaurants where you have to ask for more if you're eating a thali dish. The mint and corriander chutney was just awesome as well as the coffee and tea.

During my visit to Sangeetha Restaurant in Chennai, I had a simple but memorable experience. I tried their dosa, and it was absolutely crisp on the outside and soft inside — just the way a perfect South Indian dosa should be. The coconut chutney and sambar served with it were fresh and flavorful. After the meal, I treated myself to some ice cream, which was a nice surprise. It was creamy, well-served, and a great way to cool off after the spicy food. To finish, I had a cup of chai, and honestly, it was one of the best parts. Hot, strong, and full of flavor — it felt like a warm hug in a cup. The service was smooth, and the place was clean and welcoming. If you’re in Chennai and want to enjoy traditional food with a touch of comfort, Sangeetha is a great option!
