It's a good hotel for the price and the best thing about this hotel is the location. If you are planning to visit Chennai for US Visa, then this is the best place to stay.

The room service is just average. The cupboard door has no locks and they promise about hot water in the bathroom, but you'll have to wait for 30 minutes to get hot water. But this won't be a complaint considering Chennai weather. The US Visa consulate is just opposite to the hotel and the biometrics center is around 1.5 km and walkable from the hotel. There is no restaurant attached with the hotel, but cold water bottles are provided.

Please avoid this place. Stayed here for my visa interview since it was right opposite consulate. Had a terrible stay and regretted every minute. The bathroom had water dripping from multiple places. The AC water outlet is right on top of the toilet so water drops kept falling on me all the time when using toilet. The handgun of toilet wasn’t working either. When complained they said they’ll fix tomorrow. The towels had yellow stain on them and blankets had holes . There were multiple open electrical points with wire popping out.
