Overall, I had very relaxing and stress-free stay at the Bale. Every staff I met was all very helpful and friendly. I think that is already enough for guests to review this villa positively. In addition, the villa itself was very comfortable since it had everything I expected, including smart TV, universal electric outlet furnished close enough to the bed, mosquito net and repellent and water gun for restroom etc., which made my stay very comfortable and made me feel at home here. The day bed outside was also so cozy that I could take a nap for the whole afternoon. Furthermore, communication with staff via APP was very useful and seamless as they responded very quickly. Considering these reasons, I wished I could give them 5 stars, but it might be better to note a few (minor) negative aspects which made me deduct one star in my review. Firstly, though one of the reasons I chose this villa was that they have a small but decent gym, which is not often the case with such a villa-style resort, I only used the gym only once for only 30 min, since some of the machines are not in good order and hence, I was not able to use them (at least I could not use leg extension and squat rack). I strongly suggest for management team to conduct more regular maintenance. Otherwise, you will end up with receiving disappointment from the guests who are gym-goers. Also, there might be some room for improvement for breakfast. While it is a very good idea that guests can choose to have breakfast either in their villas or restaurant, menu option was quite limited and food itself was not so fancy, compared to other 5 star villa. Hope this review would help other travelers consider this hotel as one of the options for your stay at Bali, and also help hotel management improve its service...

The Bale’ is Heaven on Earth! From the moment we arrived at the complex we experienced a beautiful feeling of zen. The ambience is calming and peaceful and offers nourishment and enrichment to the soul. The same feeling continued as we were shown to our luxurious private pool villa. It was opulent, spacious, romantic and catered for our every desire. Meals could be enjoyed by the pool in the privacy of your villa or in the beautiful Faces restaurant. The breakfast is a gastronomical delight, catering for all tastes. The transport staff were professional, courteous and always eager to please. All the staff were warm, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their gentle nature, beautiful smiling faces and welcoming attitude was refreshing. Their ideaolgy that their colleagues were all part of their family - was heartwarming. Andre, the manager was also warm and welcoming and available to ensure your stay was exceptional in every way. If I thought my stay couldn’t get any better.... I visited the delightful day spa for a traditional Balinese massage and I could not believe the expertise of the beautiful therapists. The whole spa treatment was bliss from the welcomed refreshing face cloths and lemongrass elixir to the warm foot bath, foot massage and then the body massage. I felt as though I was floating on a cloud. The 60 mins memorable experience was completed with a ginger tea and homemade cookies.
