The Bingin Green View by Bukit Vista — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

So far this has been probably the worst stay in Bali. Here’s what you need about the property:

That’s not actually a hotel, but rather a homestay, so expect stuff (all women) being super bored and noisy across the entire territory, bringing along their children who blast through silence as if they don’t have a home of their own. The staff itself is clueless and even plain rude. There was no welcome at all, but rather a ‘hey you where you going?’. Additionally, once they forgot to bring one of the dishes ordered for breakfast, which was included, and one lady started insisting that it was for an extra charge, so presenting her with the fact that I did not receive the included dish made her snap and say something in Indonesian, most likely unpleasant, rude and offending. There’s no reception and manager to handle any issue at the property, rather you’ll communicate with him only via whatsapp. The internet is unbearably slow and can even disappear. The water as well may be absent during the day. No fridge, no kettle, glasses and not even a desk lamp for a relaxed evening vibe. Instead the only light option is a super bright ceiling white light that you normally turn on if you loose a sim-card somewhere. Cash only, so add extra % to the room rate for ATM transaction and currency conversion

Overall a very weird vibe and poor value for the money. I’m surprised this place has such high ratings because hospitality is something yet to be learned. Yes, the area is nice and its close to the beach, but that where it ends. So do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, unless you’re okay with the valid points I’ve...

Such a beautiful hotel close by the beach. I had the pleasure to stay 5 days in this hotel and I enjoyed every day so much. The room was super comfortable, clean and big. I could relax inside the room, at the lodge or in the beautiful garden with the swimming pool. Daily room service was amazing.

The location is not the most centric one but that makes it more peaceful. There’s one café walking-distance and besides that you’ll need a motorcycle to move around or you can simply order a taxi. You can rent a scooter directly in the hotel.

The internet wasn’t extremely good in the room but in the garden it worked perfectly. It is a great staying to relax and been in a quite space while working or vacationing.

No breakfast or kitchen service, but with the nearby café that’s not an issue at all.

There’s indeed a barking dog (as you might read in another review) but you’ll just need to win her heart by petting her and she’ll stop barking at you :)

I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my holiday because of a dog and its owner. The dog never stopped barking, and I suspect it was scared, which made it impossible for me to get any sleep at night. During the day, it would follow me around and bark whenever I moved, which was quite unsettling. I reached out to the owner of the place, but she didn't take any action. I also tried speaking to the dog's owner, but they were never around.

As a result, I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool or even the balcony. On top of that, my room lacked basic amenities such as water, a kettle, or a fridge. There was no hairdryer, coffee, or even breakfast provided. The bathroom was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor. The shower head didn't work properly either. I truly hated the experience. It was just so bad.
