Cachos Bingin Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

A really nice place. Me and my friend came to just grab something small to eat and have a drink. We had two different sandwiches which were super delicious and above expectations. My friend wasn’t that hungry so she couldn’t finish her sandwich and later the manager or the owner came and asked us if everything was good etc (because he saw on her plate that she hadn’t finished her food) but she was very happy with everything and so was I but she just was too full to finish eating it. Then later we ordered another drink and she had the mango smoothie and the guy gave her the second one complimentary and that was so so sweet of him, he really didn’t have to do that.

I myself work in the hospitality industry in Dubai in a good established restaurant and this truly made me so happy to see because service like that comes along way (we work in the same way when it comes to customer service and the satisfaction). Loved the service and they truly make sure their guests are happy and satisfied and this type of service is the first time I see here in Bali.

If we have time before leaving uluwatu, we will definitely come back or next time we come back to Bali. Lots of love for the place and the staff.

Had to wait 20 mins before someone took the food order and then a further hour to receive the food, after asking where it is, it finally arrived. I ordered the pesto chicken burger and my partner ordered the chimichanga. Both dishes tasted OK at best. We only ate it because we were hungry.

My partner had asked the staff member who took our order how big the portion of chips was as he didn’t know whether to get his own or share mine. We got told that it was a huge portion so 1 would be enough, so we decided to share. When it arrived it was barely enough chips for 1 portion!

A family sat near us had 3 kids with them. They had asked the staff repeatedly where the food is. Some of there food arrived (for the adults) and kids food never arrived. They said they had ordered chicken and chips. They had been waiting over an hour for kids chicken and chips! The family ended up walking out.

Several other couples who had come in after us had been sat waiting at least 20 minutes as well to put in a food order.

Had such a nice experience! The food was delicious with big portion sizes and very affordable! The atmosphere and the colors are beautiful! Tv's with sports and childrens colouring and three floors to chose from! Very clean and great vibes and deco aswell! Highly recommend! I had the baja fish tacos (incredible) and the amarillos (friend yellow plaintains) and it was the best mexican I have eaten in Bali for sure! My partner had the chimichanga, and it was delicious!
