Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali by IHG — Hotel in Kuta

We stayed at the holiday Inn Baruna for 7 nights at the end of May and it was the most enjoyable place to stay! We are a family of 5, my husband, myself and 3 boys aged 7,9,11. All of the staff we encountered whether they were at the front desk, around the pool or breakfast were all so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. My husband is Gluten free, we just mentioned this at buffet breakfast and they would always go get him some GF bread. Buffet breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from. The kids absolutely loved the pancakes and omelettes each morning. We had a room with a large king bed and a seperate bunk room for the kids. The bunks were quite wide generous sizes so my boys just shared the bed. But I think if you ask you can get the couch made up as an extra bed. |Happy hour from 4-5pm was fantastic! 2 for 1 cocktails and all their cocktails were delicious. The kids ate free when we ate the resort’s restaurant, not the envy restaurant and this made for such a cheap dinner out for all 5 of us. Really good value. Kids loved their pizzas and they got to choose ice cream for dessert from the ice cream bar. There are also plenty of places to eat outside the resort that are only 5-10mins walk away. Lippo mall had lots of great food to choose from. Otherwise a taxi into Kuta/legian area only cost us between $3-$5 Aussie- so very cheap! And only 20mins away. |The 3 boys never got bored between the games room, table tennis table, swimming pool, foam parties and the soccer goals they were always kept busy! We loved how the staff at the resort would go around and gather some kids together for a soccer match. The soccer games were a highlight for my boys but without the staff organising it they would have been too shy to do this themselves. There were also bikes you could borrow free of charge and ride along the path along the beach which was great fun. |There’s a money changer at the resort which we used quite a few times with a good rate. This hotel is perfect to kids family.

I visit with my 9 years old son.

We are very comfortable and feel safety by all around staff greeting us and every time say hello and take care us.

Also this resort size is perfect who have kids.

If too big size or difficult road map resort will eazy to lost kids or falling dangerous. But this resort is perfect size. Not too big, Not too small. Every where open to sight easy to find kids and road also very easy to memorise to kids find themself.

Restarunt also very nice and resonable price.

If adult person order 1 menu, Kids meal is free.

Ofcourse kids menu size is small but noproble. Better than too much. Our son really happy he order fit to his love menu.

Swim pool's all staffs also very nice. They are must be additional benefit from company. Because they are always smile and remember all of coustomer who visited once. I surprized there memorized and very well greeting to customer. All of staff is very nice and feel like my family

Most of best was Front desk staff in Holyday inn resort: Raruna Bali. Maybe this staffs are one of best staffs in Holyday inn chain in the world. During my trip over all my life, there are one of best service and greeting from there heart. I still feel it. I appreciate it.

During my stay there, my personal mobile phone was broken, but I was easily move to other hotel after check out and finded some information due to she helped me. Onother front staff also very niced to us. When I forgotten of my passfort, there finded it and keep it for me. I also thanks to them. Please give surprise gift to your staff. My wife and I with 5 of our 7 children recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn close to Bali airport, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived , the level of service provided was unparalleled.

The staff at the resort went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. their hospitality truly made us feel like a valued guests particularly the wonderful staff at Breakfast

One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience.in the Envy restaurant. The food at the was nothing short of spectacular. From traditional Balinese cuisine to international dishes, every meal was a culinary delight. The chefs clearly put a lot of care and attention into their creations, and it showed in the quality and flavor of the food.

Furthermore, I was impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the resort. The grounds were immaculately maintained, and our rooms were spotless thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. It's clear that the management takes pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for their guests.

Overall thanks in large part to the exceptional service, fantastic food, and overall experience provided by the staff and facilities.
