Pantai Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuta

At the Entrance to this Restaurant I asked if they have decent sized portions as I was hungry. The guy there told me that the portions are big and very good. But it would be best to take the Seafood Basket...of course the priciest item on the Menu. I asked how big the pizza was and he told me that it is a 8 slice pizza and the size of the plate. We sat down and ordered a burger and a Pizza. The Burger was a mini portion, but I have never seen such a small pizza. There were 8 slices but a slice was 3 by 5 cm. It was a small plate and the pizza was even smaller. I called the guy and sended the pizza back as i after asking him expected way more. He got very angry and shouted at me that I should get of his property. Of course after we paid all the other stuff. Burger and fries were not really good but pricy as well. Stay away from this restaurant (as many people already do because of the maybe 20 tables only 1 was used the rest was empty) for the money they are charging here you get way better food and service in most other...

For a beachfront restaurant, the food was surprisingly good, the service was nice, and the prices were reasonable. We ended up ordering several dishes because everything tasted better than expected. The pizza was just okay—the dough could have been better—so I’d recommend going for seafood instead.

There’s a stage set up in front, but it didn’t really take away from the sunset view. The food came out fairly quickly, and the staff was attentive. If you're looking for a reasonably priced spot near the beach to enjoy the sunset with a decent meal, this place is worth a visit.

Nice location with a view of the busy beach area. I was there in the evening and it was pretty quiet.

I ordered the rendag, and it was the worst meal I had in Bali, and perhaps in the last year. My experience with Rendang is that it is cubes of meat simmered in a coconut curry until it is reduced to no broth and is quite tasty. (Cook books verify this). This was thin slices of boiled ox with a thin gravy of some sort. Could only eat a few bites. The mushroom soup, on the other hand, was quite good, so it's possible the other dishes are decent.
