Puri Mimi Hotel — Hotel in Kuta

Okay, well it was cheap, and I did like the funky decor, but that's where we end with the positives. We got two rooms, one smelled like cat urine. Neither bathroom had toilet paper until we called and got some delivered. One room had a sheet, the other room had two comforters, so we asked to get two sheets for the room with two beds and they said they don't own any sheets (which was confusing since our other room had a sheet). There is no easy way to take a shower without getting the entire bathroom soaked (and yes I have taken many showers in bathrooms like the one there). They advertise free airport shuttle, but they only mean pick-up, so be aware of that. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because we had to leave early for a flight. So if you need a cheap place and don't mind taking a little bit of a chance, go for it. It felt safe and cleanish, but I'd hope never to...

For shopping we spent 1 night in the denpasar/legian/kuta area.Sometimes the big hotels are already full.Puri mimi is a better choice.!00 m from the main road-sunset road-you cant say its quiet,traffic is everywhere in this crowded south of bali.But this small hotel is a very good choice.Owner is an chinese/ind woman,she decorated the place from top to bottom with wood carved stuff,even if its not your taste its beautiful.And,the rooms are big,clean and cool,nice swimming pool.Some restaurant service but resto's are nearbye.A perfect alternative for the much more expensive big hotels nearbye.Amazingly cheap...
