Don't go here if you wish to get your food be done fast!

We order onion ring and vietnamese roll, it took so so soooo god** long!! More than half hour, for a too salty and only thick floured onion ring and in the end they say, "sorry we're running out of vietnamese roll, do you want to change with something else from the menu?". The whole process took almost 1hr!

Why must they tell our vietnamese roll not available only after we wait like 1hr? Their defense was like "it's from the kitchen that didn't update us or communicate with us properly" No bro, it's from both side, why can't they call first to the kitchen, ask for the availability before receiving our money. They demand payment in the front as well.

In the end i got my refund, also initially i wanted to give 1 star, but they gave us compliment 2 glasses of iced tea (i might sounds petty here, but trust me, i even saw not only us complaining about long nonsense waiting time for food to the staff) Price wise, they're expensive for a not tasty food. Price was never a problem for me, i just dislike it that i had to wait for so long. Really, they're lack of communication skill not only between their colleagues, but also to the customers. The cafe itself is pretty nice and comfy. However, the meal is actually expensive for what it is worth. I ordered a vegetarian spaghetti which literally was spaghetti, olive oil, and chili for 90k - it was a small portion too. My suggestion is drink here but eat somewhere else. Their tax is 21% hotel instead of 13% - 17 % cafe or restaurant tax and service. I had to wait a half an hour for that too.

It is pretty disappointing that a cafe that is attached in a quite established hotel hasn't updated their information page regarding their opening hours. I came around 3:30 am and saw two people (staff) sitting and talking in the cafe but refused to serve me as they were already close at 2 am. He informed me that during the pandemic they haven't fully functioned 24 hours but unfortunately they haven't updated their page yet - an update that takes only 1...

It takes an absolutely awful experience for me to leave such a negative review. I prefer to focus on the positive. But I was delivered my Grab order of a strawberry, banana ,sweet cream crepes with a scoop of ice cream with the following: Mostly empty crepes, a handful of strawberry slices (Maybe 1 strawberry), and chocolate sauce... Not a single slice of banana, not a drop of "sweet cream filling" and no ice cream... A friend of mine said he had a similar experience recently, and recommended I don't order, but I ignored his advice thinking it was likely an accident... Nope... This does not even deserve a single star. They owe me a refund for wasting my time, and false advertising. I recommend...
