I had a bad experience here, the first night in room 108 there was no problem only the sticky floor and i asked for a sandals to be given. what was terrible was the next night where I stayed in room 504 where the air conditioner only blew wind and it wasn't cold at all!! I complain and pak made gave me a fan and I asked to move to other room but there were no more empty rooms, so all night I forced myself to sleep with only the fan and left the room door open because it was cooler outside the room than inside the room, bad experience because this is my last night in Bali, tomorrow I have to fly to going home. I wrote this review at 01.44am where I finished complaining again to the receptionist that I couldn't sleep and asked for compensation tomorrow morning when i have check out because I objected if I was charged the normal fee for the highest room type here(cabana type)but it turns out I actually had a bad experience in room 504, when i came in to hotel from my dinner and get the room key to move to 504 all the staff there but they didnt tell anything about the condition of the room(this is bad), after i complained the staff at FO tell that room 504 is already have an ac issue, why you guys still sell this room to customer if already know that there is an issue about the room? My first experience stay in mina pelasa and having a bad experience like this, what can i say??!!🤷🏻♀️ The good point is only...

Great location. A short walk from the beach (10 mins) and surrounded with restaurants, shops, bars and convenience stores.
Breakfast buffet was good. 7am to 11am. You could order a tea or coffee and help yourself to fruit, fried rice, fried noodles, sausages, toast, cereal, jams, fruit juice and milk etc. They also do any eggs made to order. Apparently, you can also have breakfast in your room.
Our room in a little bungalow was spacious and beautifully presented with the comfiest beds and the best showers! Each ground floor room has a small terrace with chairs, table and drying rack for towels. Only down side to our room was that it was a little dark. It was hidden in a corner and the small window let little light in.
We weren't allowed a late check out (they wanted to charge 200k) but did let us shower in another room before my friends long flight. This was an upstairs room with a huge balcony and floor to ceiling windows which let in tons of light and had a great view of the pool.
The hotel complex is set back from the main road but there was lots of beeping and traffic noises in the...
