The hotel is good for photography yet if look into details: facilities are quite old, no AC in living room only in bedroom, meaning you cannot utilize the public area properly. If you stay in bedrooms, the light is so dim to even find your own $US 200 DOLLARS in the room.

Yes, the money just gone in the island house of seminyak after they do your night bed and this kind of things do happened only WITHIN AN HOUR while nobody admit it. Manager came do nothing but suggest we file the case or leave comment on internet, in which they seems very experienced in this kind of case. So, for those who has a bold mind to try this hotel, heads up from me would be: keep a close eye on your own property, or your money would gone automatically

However, I wanna point out some of the mistaken ideas that are hidden within your argument

First, you have never had such issues in any of your houses. Maybe it’s true but there are 3 possible scenarios at least: 1. It happened but guest didn’t notice 2. It happened but guest choose not to report the case, nor to you or police so not to ruin their holiday 3. It never happened in the past, but happened now and maybe in the future

Secondly, you emphasized guest information hand book and safe box. So let me ask, who would read handbook carefully enough to put all valuable asset in the safe box within an hour without proper guidance? Also, what really concerns us is how you manage the case while it happened, that is to say we are not satisfied with your attitude. You told us manager would come to discuss the case, yet manager were late and we wait in the house for 30 MINS. We reflect the fact to the manger, yet he kept emphasizing the handbook and safe box. From reasonable aspect, yes we were too stupid to leave the wallet on desk, but from emotional aspect, you have no clue to take care of customer emotion.

Staying at The Island Houses was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Bali. We had an absolutely delightful week at The White house. The stand out of The Island Houses is their unique and mindful design that is unlike the bulk of unimaginative white tiled villas that you can find by the hundreds. The Garden House was situated in a tranquil garden with a beautiful pool surrounded by lush vegetation and a little lawn. It was like our own private oasis. The wrap around deck was terrific for eat in dining (Cafe Bali is associated with the villas and delivered our delicious order speedily). So good we ate at home twice. The decor is beautiful and the bedrooms all had great air conditioning. Our bathrooms in the main house were huge in both rooms and beds super comfy (we only used the 2 bedrooms, not the 3rd one in the garden. The staff are super friendly, helpful and discreet which ensures you or privacy and relaxation. The villa is located in the road that weaves behind the Oberoi hotel in Seminyak which is an easy walk from the beach and great eateries. Amazing coffee at The Local 100m away. Cant wait...
