Bali Hai Beach Club — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

Came here to spend the day eating & drinking and relaxing by the pool / beach front. After purchasing a light snack was told We can’t sit on the beach side deck chairs or pool side banana lounges , and we would need to buy a pass @ $ 50 pp ( 3 of us ) . We would have spent way more than that per head on cocktails and food per person . we decided to leave as the pool / bar staff were quite rude even after we advised them we would be spending the day and spending lots of $$ , The place was empty , we were the o my people in the restaurant and the only ones in the resort as far as we could determine . Very disappointed with the su toner service . Meanwhile there’s more staff than guests just twiddling their thumbs...

Went there hoping to spend the day and when we asked if we could, they very rudly told us to read the sign that said it was for bali hai cruise customers only, which was not the case, since you could pay a 50 dolar day pass if you wanted. We had a day tour booked and Bali Hai Cruises/ Sail Sensations was the outsourcing company. We went to pantoon 1st and we reached Bali Hai Beach Club at 12:45. The beach with pool is huge area and very nice indeed. TThe only negative is that the beach is full of boats, so the swimming area is narrow (( The buffet lunch they offer is nice with local food.
