We just had the most amazing dinner at this restaurant with my partner and 85 year old mum. They provided free pick up and drop off at our accommodation and we had front row seats to beautiful mushroom bay . Yuni couldn’t have been a better waitress along with the rest of the staff that always made sure we had something to drink and eat . The three of us shared some pork ribs that just fell off the bone, fish and grilled prawns that came with potato gems and salad . We also had a cocktail each and then a beer and a wine and all of this came under $100 which we would never get in Australia. I wanted desert but couldn’t fit it in. Over-priced with small food portions and poor customer service. We ate here for breakfast after looking at their enticing menu. Be warned, the pictures do not match the food you receive. I ordered a bowl of oatmeal and my partner ordered a bagel breakfast. The bagel looked squashed and he did not receive the cream cheese. After we enquired about the cream cheese, we were told there was none and we could have a sauce.

The oatmeal was no bigger than a tea cup. I also ordered a green tea for 35k IDR. It was a single small cup with a twinning tea bag.

The customer service people don't want to know you either. It's was a bother to them to serve anyone in the restaurant.

All other places on the islands were exceptional. Plenty of other places with fairer prices, better servings, and awesome customer service...

We went there on our last night and ordered drinks for starters. The waitress poured my entire cocktail all over my girlfriend. She got scratches on her chest from ice; her entire dress was soaking wet (and brand new); and her hair was covered in it. Humiliating! The waiter said, "I’m so sorry." And that was it. They did not come to the bathroom to check on her and refused to compensate for the new dress and embarrassment. We only asked for 50 euros for the dress. They were very rude and cold, telling us that they could throw the dress in the washer; we said that the dress was only hand-washed and it would not dry out by the morning, as we were leaving.
